<< today (9 oct ’09) i was stopped on the street by a person from Bangladesh. He saw my camera and asked if I was a reporter.

He was pushing his bicycle along and stopped to tell me that he was looking for a job since August but everywhere he went they said it

is ‘too much of a problem’ to hire him. He said he hadn’t eaten anything for a few days. >>

<<Σήμερα (9 Οκτ. ’09) με σταμάτησε στο δρόμο ένα παιδί από την Μπαγκλαντές. Είδε την φωτογραφική μου μηχανή και ρωτούσε

αν είμαι δημοσιογράφος. Είχε το ποδήλατο του μαζί του και σταμάτησε για να μου πει ότι ψάχνει δουλειά

από τον Άυγουστο αλλά όπου πήγαινε του έλεγαν ότι ‘είναι πολύ μεγάλο πρόβλημα να σε εργοδοτήσουμε’. Μου είπε

επίσης ότι έχει να φάει εδώ και λίγες μέρες.>>
